How do I register to
play JTT?
First, gather together your USTA membership number and a
major credit card, and print this page of instructions for easy
reference.
1. Click on the
“Registration Now Open” caption below the picture on the JTT
home page on this site
2. Once the JTT
page opens, look to the right side of the page and choose
“Register for a Team”
3. Enter your
child’s USTA number.
4. Enter the
appropriate Team number, using these choices:
7034114948 … 6 - 8 year olds (QuickStart)
7034114947 … 9 or 10 year olds (QuickStart)
7034114942 … 11 or 12 year olds (regular JTT)
7034114943 … 13 or 14 year olds (regular JTT)
7034114949 … 15 – 18 year olds (regular JTT)
Please note – age is as of August
31, 2009.
We will sort
everyone into individual teams after registration closes.
5.
Choose a shirt size
for your child – PLEASE refer to the sizing chart for
appropriate sizes. If you must exchange, you are responsible for
shipping costs (both ways).
6. Proceed to
checkout and enter your credit card information.
Print the receipt for your records
Second,
please send an
email to JTT Coordinator
Bonnie Smith with a note about any particulars about your child
(tournament experience, brand new player, taking lessons for 6
months, played JTT in another city, would like to “play up” in
an older age group for more challenging matches, etc). All of
this information will assist me in placing your child(ren) appropriately.
Third,
if you are willing to CAPTAIN your child’s team,
you may give me the names of players you’d like on your
team, in addition to your child. Other requests to place friends
on the same team may not be possible.
